Caraustar Industries, Inc. announced that it will raise prices on all coated and uncoated recycled paperboard grades by $35 per ton. The increase will become effective with shipments on May 23.
In announcing the price hike, Caraustar noted that despite the positive impact of improved mill operating rates, this price change is necessary to help offset ongoing cost escalation.
