The Delaware County, Pa., Planning Commission recommended approval of the planned metal shredding recycling facility for Eddystone contingent on a list of conditions.
During the hearing, Eddystone resident Dan Arrison, who acted as spokesman for Eddystone Residents for Positive Change, requested the commission not vote on final the land development proposal by Eastern Metal Recycling Terminal, formerly known as Camden Iron and Metal Inc.
