Nipomo, Calif.-based RoXsand has begun offering a free drop-off site for companies and individuals with excess concrete and asphalt debris for recycling, according to a report in the Santa Maria Times (Santa Maria, Calif.).
The company recycled the concrete and asphalt into recycled base rock materials. According to the report, agencies like Caltrans have used the company’s recycled materials on local construction projects.
