The state of California’s Department of Conservation is offering up to $500,000 in funding to promote increased recycling of beverage containers throughout the state.
Organizations that are interested in applying must submit project proposals to the Department by January 14 to be considered for funding. The Department seeks proposals in two different categories: Infrastructure and Promotion/Education, with $250,000 available for each category.
