Neal Harper, president of Cadence McShane Construction Co. has completed a 328,828-square-foot tenant improvement assignment for Pratt Industries Inc. in Fort Worth, Texas.
Pratt Industries occupies the entire facility that includes space for both manufacturing purposes and office space. The expansion project was completed in two phases. The first phase reached completion in early October 2010, and the second phase was completed in early 2011.
The building features a tilt-up concrete exterior, contains 64 dock doors, a 24-foot-clear height, three drive-in doors and outdoor storage space that can accommodate up to 120 trailers.
“This new manufacturing facility was designed and constructed to the highly customized specifications outlined by Pratt Industries,” says Harper.
