Description: The Management & Training Corporation, d.b.a. Inland Empire Job Corps Center is currently seeking bids for the demolition of building "H" approximate size 50'x90' with high ceilings.    

All bids submitted must include references from either a Federal, State or City institution (minimum of 3).    

A mandatory job walk is required to become familiar with this project and to answer all questions submitted to the Inland Empire Job Corps Center.    

All necessary materials, scope of work, instructions to bidders and bid document will be handed out at the bidders conference.    

The mandatory job walk will take place at the Inland Empire Job Corps Center located at 3173 Kerry Street, San Bernardino, CA 92407 on October 22, 2004 at 10:00 a.m. in the main conference room.    

No bids will be accepted by GC's not attending this job walk.    

All applicable insurance including naming MTC as additional insured will be required for the contract.     Bonding will be required for this bid.    

This contract will fall under the Davis Bacon "per prevailing wage".
