Description: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials and supplies to repair deteriorated areas on the mainline roadway, reconstruct 3.14 miles of variable width, paved, roadway, reconstruct campground loop roads, turnaround area, and parking areas, chip seal the completed surfaces and ditch cleanout.

 

Work consists of pulverizing existing asphalt by cold in-place recycling methods, blending in new aggregate base, adding asphalt to blended material to produce an asphalt base.

 

Project is located in Big Horn County approximately 22 miles east of Lovell, WY.

 

The project is total set-aside for HUBZone contractors. Price range is $250,000 to $500,000.

 

Period of performance is 90 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.

 

Bonds will be required as follows: Bid Guarantee - 20% of the offered price, Payment and Performance Bonds - 100% of the contract price.

Description: Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, and incidentals necessary to demolish and remove approximately 50 structures on Cherokee National Forest lands, and restore sites.

 

Structures include houses, barns, and miscellaneous outbuildings. Most sites are located in remote mountainous areas along the North Carolina/Tennessee border. Access routes could restrict the types of vehicles used on the project.

 

Contract time is 120 days from effective date of Notice to Proceed.

 

Estimated Price Range: between $25,000 and $100,000.

 

Project Location: Cherokee National Forest, North Zone, in Carter, Cocke, Greene, and Unicoi counties, Tennessee.

Description: Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and other resources to complete this project.

 

The principal components of work include but are not limited to the following: Remove existing building foundations at Brookings, Huron, Summit, Tyndall, and Woonsocket; install powered pivot gate at Fort Thompson; replace swing gates at Huron and Sioux Falls; install concrete slabs at Fort Thompson, Huron, and Sioux City; and perform grading for erosion control on the Fort Thompson-Fort Randall transmission line.

 

The work is located Beadle, Bon Homme, Brookings, Brule, Buffalo, Minnehaha, Roberts, and Sanborn Counties in South Dakota and Plymouth County in Iowa.

 

The estimated construction magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000.

 

This solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis.

 

All work is to be completed within 75 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.

 

All responsible business concerns may submit a bid which shall be considered by this agency.

 

This solicitation will be issued on or about June 25, 2004 and the projected bid opening date is on or about July 27, 2004.
