Description: Bechtel Nevada is seeking sources for building demolition project in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The project will require a subcontract to perform all demolition, waste disposal down to top of floor slab elevation, and site cleanup.
The demolition and disposal activities shall be performed to OSHA standards, BN ISM and ISSM practices where applicable.
The facilities to be demolished and disposed of include one (1) two story office 65513 Gross Sq. Ft. concrete and steel structure and (1) single story concrete and steel structure of approximately 14288 Gross Sq. Ft. including all contents (NO SALVAGE).
The subcontract should include an option for the demolition and disposal of the building floor slabs, footings, and sub surface utilities.
Upon review of all responses received a determination will be made if the project will be set-aside for small business.
Building location: 2621 Losee Road, North Las Vegas, NV
Assumptions:
1. No utility disconnect or re-routing are required.
2. The facilities are deactivated and ready for demolition.
3. All waste considered ?normal construction debris?.
4. Subcontractor shall provide air Quality Permits and EPA notifications.
5. Subcontractor shall provide approved City of North Las Vegas Traffic Plans.
6. Subcontractor employees shall be United States Citizens.
7. Asbuilt Drawings will be provided to the proposers with RFP.
Note:
Subcontractors are strongly encouraged to utilize innovative cost and time saving ideas.
