All quantities are estimated. We can load. Sawdust and scrap wood contains trace amounts of formaldehyde, (less than 2.0 per cent). We can provide chemical analysis test. Clean waste, no trash.

Description: U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2 Albuquerque, New Mexico is requesting proposals on solicitation number 201812R030 to furnish all effort and materials to demolish existing 1,870 SF double wide type mobile home structure.

The structure is wood frame construction, with a pitched mineral rolled roofing system. The mobile home axles and steel frame are included. This project also requires removal and disposal of approximately 630 SF of asbestos floor tile. The contractor is responsible for proper disposal of all material at approved facilities.

The project is located at Bill Williams National Wildlife Refuge, La Paz County, Parker, Arizona. The estimated price magnitude is $25,000 to $50,000. The total performance period is expected to be 30 calendar days or less.

Proposal evaluation will be on Best Value process (Technical, Past Performance, and Price). The project is solicited restricted competition as small business set-aside, NAICS Code: 238990 Specialty Trade ($12M AGR); 562211 Haz. Waste Collection and Disposal($10.5M AGR). The solicitation will be available on or about August 15, 2003.

Demolition of Building

Description: The U. S. Department of Commerce, National Marine Fisheries Service, intends to procure construction services to demolish the Galveston East Lagoon Building at Galveston, Texas.

The work consists of the demolition of approximately 3,400 square feet, elevated concrete structure (one story with tank structure at roof level). The structure contains small quantities of asbestos floor tiles and caulk, as well as PCB containing ballasts within electrical devices. All hazardous materials are to be removed and legally disposed of as part of the demolition project. The Contractor shall provide equipment, tools, labor, materials and supervision to complete the demolition.

This is a total small business set-aside. Estimated construction cost is $25,000 to $100,000. Award will be made to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. This work will be procured under the FAR Simplified Acquisitions Regulations. NAICS code 233320 applies. This will be a firm-fixed price procurement. Drawings and Specifications will be made available through Request for Quotation Number WC133F-03-RP-0259MLW which will be available on or about August 22, 2003. The Central Administrative Support Center, Acquisitions Management Division requires that all contractors doing business with this Acquisition Office must be registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) before October 1, 2003.
