Village trustees of Skokie, Ill., have been considering amending the village zoning code to allow a construction and demolition debris recycling facility to operate, according to a report in t Lincolnwood Review (Park Ridge, Ill.).
The facility would handle C&D debris only, which would be brought in by trucks with roll-off containers, petitioner Larry Herskovitz tells the Lincolnwood Review.
