Newton, Kansas-based Bunting Magnetics Co. says its facility in Elk Grove Village, Illinois, and its BuyMagnets.com website have fended off “the many economic interruptions that COVID-19 has caused” to continue to offer magnetic equipment to its customers.
In addition to recycling applications, the company’s magnets are used in other industries deemed essential, including in food processing and pharmaceutical plants.
“Our diverse supply chain has allowed us to keep our numerous varieties of magnets and magnetic equipment in stock,” states the firm. “While other businesses are forced to shut down, BuyMagnets.com is open 24 hours a day, every day of the year, and its convenient online storefront allows you to shop from home.”
Bunting says it “works with a wide variety of suppliers to keep our magnets in stock,” and adds it is accustomed to coping with “major cultural events such as Chinese New Year” or severe weather incidents that “can cause disruptions to the supply chain.”
States Bunting, “BuyMagnets.com is open and allows customers to shop safely from the comfort of their homes. The BuyMagnets.com team of magnet experts is working diligently to support customers by providing live chat and phone support.”
