Budget Waste Inc. (BWI) has finalized the acquisition of AllWaste Systems Ltd.
Both companies are based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada and had signed a letter of intent in January 2006.
AllWaste provides construction and demolition recycling services in the Calgary area. It has a fleet of more than 1,300 bins and 15 trucks.
BWI offers full service waste hauling.
