Five weeks before the beginning of the BIR Autumn Convention in Dublin, Oct. 25-26, current registration figures of over 300 confirmed delegates are extremely satisfactory. BIR can now expect an attendance of 500 delegates in total, which exceeds the most optimistic forecasts.
One of the highlights of the Autumn Convention will be the traditional BIR Welcome Reception in the famous Castle of Dublin on the first day of the Convention. BIR is very pleased that the Irish Ministry of Environment has kindly offered to sponsor the Reception and has extended invitations to senior ministry officials.
More in-depth information regarding speakers and workshop topics will be made available shortly.
More information about the conference and BIR in general may be obtained by going to the association’s web site at www.bir.org
