Extended membership services and increased information availability on recycling issues are the main objectives for an intended restructuring of the BIR website.
The recently set up Internet Sub-Committee will be focusing on a much broader use of the website as one of the main communication tools of the world recycling federation.
A completely redesigned website, which is currently being developed, will be completed prior to the BIR’s spring convention in Monte Carlo.
In the meantime, the current website is undergoing major improvements and updates. Some of the improvements include a Temporary Visitor’s Pass, an online registration page, and an online section dedicated to highlighting BIR’s actions in the press.
