The Bureau of International Recycling has launched the publication of a new series of periodical commodity reports, the BIR World Mirror for Ferrous and Non Ferrous Metals, Stainless Steel, Paper and Textiles. These individual market updates will provide BIR members with international market information for all major commodities.
Since January, the BIR Non Ferrous Division has started the publication of a monthly commodity report on non-ferrous metals with contributions from the divisional vice presidents and board members, covering all major world regions
Due to the frequently changing market conditions and price fluctuations, it was deemed appropriate to give a monthly update rather than a quarterly report.
Further market reports on a quarterly basis cover ferrous metals, stainless steel and textiles. Their publication date will coincide with that of the quarterly paper market update.Latest from Recycling Today
