During its recently held spring meeting, the Bureau of International Recycling announced that it has elected Dominique Maguin president of the association. Maguin is president and CEO of Veolia Propreté France Recycling, based in France.
Along with his activity with the BIR, Maguin also served as president of the French recycling federation FEDEREC for 9 years, as president of the European Paper Recycling Federation ERPA for 2 years, and as president of the BIR Paper Division for 7 years.
