The Bureau of International Recycling has announced that the general manager for Delleve Plastics Ltd., will be the guest speaker at the trade association’s Fall Meeting, Oct. 29th during the Plastics Roundtable session.
The title of the presentation is “Plastics Bottle Recycling in the UK: the Latest Developments.”
According to the company, the United Kingdom’s capacity for recycling post consumer plastic bottles is expected to grow significantly over the next two years. Part of the reason for the expectation has been a grant awarded to the company.
Delleve Plastics operates an existing washing plant that allows it to accept flaked material without the need for pre-plasterisation.
More information on the conference may be obtained by contacting the association at bir@bir.org.
