The Bureau of International Recycling has announced that Frank Richter will be giving the keynote address at BIR’s General Assembly, May 30th. The spring meeting will be held in Beijing.
Richter is the author of The Dragon Millennium, and is president of HORASIS: The Global Visions Community. Additionally, he is a former Director of the World Economic Forum in charge of Asian affairs, and is an analyst of international business and Asian economies for multinational companies and governments.
