Bulk Handling Systems (BHS), Eugene, Ore., has named Scott Sweistal project manager as part of the expansion of its projects group department.
Sweistal will work closely with various BHS departments, coordinating all aspects of assigned projects, including engineering, manufacturing, installation, quality control, training and commissioning. He will travel to job sites worldwide to ensure jobs are completed on time, within budget and to the customers’ satisfaction, according to BHS.
Sweistal has experience in project, facility and remote site management, including more than 10 years as the air operations manager and project site manager at the Wake Island Airfield and at other Pacific islands for the U.S. Air Force.
BHS supplies processing systems for the solid waste, recycling, wood products/compost and waste-to-energy industries.
