Equipment company Bulk Handling Systems (BHS), Eugene, Ore., has appointed Alan Hoskins (right) to the new executive position of director of product delivery and support.
In the new position, Hoskins will be responsible for all customer relationship management, from project inception through start-up and ongoing support, says the company. As BHS expands its global presence, according to the company, Hoskins will use BHS’s global assets to ensure that new BHS-built material recovery facilities (MRFs) meet all customer expectations and that existing customers receive support that keeps their MRFs running profitably.
“We’ve made some significant moves lately, and as we continue to do so, the motivation behind our decision-making process is our ability to go above-and-beyond for our customers,” says BHS chief operating officer Chris McGinnis. “Alan has the talent and track record to help BHS get to the next level as we continue to grow. We are very fortunate to have hired him and expect great things moving forward.”
Prior to joining BHS, Hoskins spent 18 years at Vancouver, Wash.-based Columbia Machine, a capital equipment supplier in the concrete products industry.
BHS provides design, engineering, manufacturing and installation of sorting systems and components for the solid waste, recycling, waste-to-energy and construction and demolition industries.
