Best Process Solutions offers replacement feeder components

Brunswick, Ohio-based Best Process Solutions (BPS) offers a full line of heavy-duty rotary-electric motors for vibratory equipment applications that are direct replacements for all Best and all Metso feeders, the company says.

In addition to replacement drives, BPS also offers replacement isolation springs and replacement pans and liners for all makes of vibratory equipment.

Motors from BPS are available in 3,600-, 1,800-, 1,200- and 900-rpm models, from 1/50 to 17 1/2 horsepower. All units can be mounted horizontally or vertically and provide continuous maximum-force operation—from 30 pounds to more than 40,000 pounds, the company says.   

These dust-tight, splash-proof motors provide excellent field performance in harsh environments, including dirt, rain and snow. Heavy-duty construction—including ductile-iron castings, steel end covers and high-alloy fasteners—assures long life.
