Benlee, based in Romulus, Mich., has acquired Dunright Trailer Manufacturing, Clinton Township, Mich. The new combined company will be known as Benlee Dunright and will be located in Romulus, Mich.
Greg Brown, Benlee’s owner, says, “Dunright has always been a very terrific competitor of ours, and when the opportunity arose to acquire the company we jumped at it. Dunright has a very loyal customer following, and we look forward to serving them.”
Benlee Dunright will continue to manufacture the Dunright products. Parts and Service for existing Dunright trailers will be available immediately at the newly formed Benlee Dunright.
“With the addition of Dunright and its product lines we will be able to better serve the needs of our customers, and it will allow us to continually improve our already-great product line,” Brown says.
