Bayne Premium Lift Systems, a division of Environmental Solutions Group (ESG), will be relocating its manufacturing operations from Greenville, South Carolina to a new ESG facility in Phoenix by the end of the year.
ESG, based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, is a part of Dover Corp., an equipment company serving the solid waste and recycling industry. Dover manufactures products under company names Heil Environmental, Marathon and The Curotto-Can Co.
ESG says that while Bayne mobile waste lifter product line will be manufactured in Phoenix, the company’s commercial and industrial lifter product line will be produced in Vernon, Alabama. The company says the decision is part of a long-term strategy to better serve customers and grow its Bayne product and service offerings to the waste and commercial industry.
The change will diversify and leverage manufacturing capabilities in the United States, while consolidating operations and leveraging existing Dover and ESG suppliers internationally, according to the company.
“We continue to focus on the needs of our customers and the growth of our organization, and this movement aligns very well with the strategic initiatives of the Environmental Solutions Group’s global focus,” says Patrick Carroll, president of ESG. “Our team will work hard behind the scenes to ensure the transition is seamless and our customers will continue to receive the world-class support they have come to expect from Bayne.”
Bayne Premium Lift Systems manufactures cart tippers and carry cans. The company says it is best known for its Thinline lift with rack and pinion actuator, and it also produces lift systems for industrial use, including compactor loading systems.
