Bandit has introduced its newest product, the Model 3590 whole tree chipper. The chipper can transform logging slash, land clearing waste, whole trees and brush into a saleable chip product faster and more efficiently than ever before.
The secret to the Model 3590’s power lies in its newly designed discharge system and one-of-a-kind feed system: the most powerful feed system ever developed on a whole tree chipper.
The feed system features a 38" x 40" opening that can accept material up to 30" in diameter. The four powerful feed wheels—two vertical wheels on each side and two top feed wheels set on a diagonal—work to effectively crush and compress limbs, guiding it to the oversized drum. Once at the drum, eight 12-inch long knives reduce the material into uniform, saleable chips, which are then ejected from the chipper through the high-velocity chip discharge system.
The Model 3590 is available with a host of features and options, including optional high-capacity backhoe-style loader with a roomy operator’s cab giving the operator excellent visibility. The Model 3590 is available with engine options starting from 600-horsepower. As with all Bandit chippers, the Model 3590 can be customized to meet your needs.
