BACE Corp., a Charlotte-based manufacturer of balers and compactors for the recycling and waste disposal industries, has hired Stephanie Braun-Hanks as office administrator, human resources, a newly created position. She will be responsible for all human resources activities as well as managing the company’s administrative office functions.
"Our bringing Stephanie aboard is a measure of our growth and success," says Fred Waite, chairman of BACE. "We've been hiring new people to keep up with manufacturing and customer-service demands. And the increased activity has created new administrative responsibilities. We hired Stephanie, specifically, because she has the personality and the ability to help us walk the line between the personal touch we want and the organizational structure we need."
