For operators seeking flexibility, AXO has created what it calls “the first hybrid” truck, which can run on factory electrical power or generate its own power using its PTO-driven generator. The AXO “Generator Hybrid” stands on a 26,000-pound chassis and can shred more than 2,500 pounds per hour, according to AXO. The Generator Hybrid is also equipped with a live conveyor floor to facilitate dumping, and no CDL is required to operate the truck.
The AXO “Select” allows the operator to change the shredder’s output size at the push of a button. This “shredding plant on wheels” offers high-volume throughput of 5,000 or more pounds per hour with a payload of 10,000 pounds, according to AXO. It also includes integrated vision systems and universal lift capacity.

All AXO trucks feature solid cutters, conveyor off-load systems, stainless-steel trim and hardware, OSHA-compliant safety features and fuel-saver controls.
