Toyota GB PLC has reached an agreement with the Autogreen to provide end-of-life vehicle recycling and disposal services. The contract ensures the owners of all Toyota and Lexus cars in the United Kingdom will be provided with a free take-back service beginning Jan. 1, 2007.
Other auto manufacturers that have signed contracts with Autogreen recently include Porsche, the General Motors group, DaimlerChrysler, and BMW
Autogreen represents more than 250 vehicle recycling sites in the United Kingdom. The contract allows Toyota and Lexus customers to have access to services in their region.
