Atlas Copco has appointed Dave Pietrzykowski (right) vice president of parts and service for Atlas Copco CMT USA, Commerce City, Colo. Previously, Pietrzykowski served as Atlas Copco’s vice president of store operations. He will report to Torbjorn Redaelli, president and GM of Atlas Copco CMT USA.
“Dave holds an excellent track record of team building, developing store operations and he has produced resourceful solutions in challenging environments,” says Redaelli. “His skills and experience will continue to deliver exceptional results.”
In his new role, Pietrzykowski will have full responsibility for all parts and service operations, including customer service, inventory control, logistics and procurement, warranty, service administration, training initiatives, store parts and service development, distributor business management and the technical management team.
“Our ultimate goal is to enhance our customers’ productivity, profitability, and peace of mind, ensuring successful sustainable business relationships,” says Pietrzykowski. “With a strong and dedicated team already in place, I am sure that we can make this goal a reality.”
