Integrated Technology Group, Inc. announces that it has entered into advanced negotiations with the Texmaco Group of Jakarta, Indonesia and its subsidiary Texmaco Perkasa Heavy Engineering. The present negotiations focus on the manufacture of the equipment for the world's first complete system for the recycling of waste tires into oil, gas steel and carbon black.
The Indonesian company’s engineering and heavy equipment manufacturing subsidiaries are committed to ITGI's recycling technology.
The detailed plant specifications and legal agreements are scheduled to be finalized by the middle of this year. Under this proposed joint venture project, production is planned to commence in February and the plant is scheduled to be completed and operational in Oklahoma in July 2002.Latest from Recycling Today
