The Pulaski County, Ark., Regional Solid Waste Management District is soliciting proposals from firms and individuals qualified to site, design, construct, and operate a Construction and Demolition (C&D) Material Recycling Facility(ies) within Pulaski County, Arkansas.
The proposers/companies responding to this RFP should possess a thorough understanding of the management of construction and demolition projects, recycling opportunities and disposal procedures relating to materials generated from both processes, the scope of the County’s construction and demolition activities, and an overall knowledge of all existing recyclers of C&D materials in the County.
The proposal should address establishing a C&D Recycling Facility(ies), under the aegis of the District, that would provide the wherewithal for contractors to deliver for processing and recycling the majority of C&D materials generated within the County in an environmentally friendly and economically attractive manner.
