The Arizona Department of Environmental Quality Recycling Program has filed a Notice of Intent to Issue Request for Proposal for the Fiscal Year 2005 Waste Reduction Assistance (WRA), Recycling Research and Development (RR&D), and Waste Reduction Initiative Through Education (WRITE) projects.
