Arch Enterprises, a precious metals refiner located in Mexico, Mo., has received accreditation by the Better Business Bureau (BBB), indicating that the company has met the BBB’s standards of approval by demonstrating their commitment to trustworthy business practices. After reviewing the company’s history, the BBB has awarded Arch Enterprises an A+, the highest business rating possible by the organization.
“We are very excited to be a part of the BBB community,” says Julie DiNatale, national sales manager for Arch Enterprises. “This is especially important to us because the precious metal refining industry has recently come under attack due to the questionable sales and business tactics employed by some companies.”
In addition to refining services, Arch Enterprises provides recycling services for precious metals, as well as providing information on a range of subjects for its customers.
“Our goal is to keep customers informed about the industry in hopes that they will become more educated consumers. The BBB’s values of integrity, teamwork, trust and respect meshes with our company’s values and tradition. After more than 13 years in the industry, it is an honor to achieve this accreditation,” DiNatale adds.
