The Association of European Producers of Steel for Packaging (APEAL) has appointed Evelyne Frauman as its Quality and Environment Manager.
APEAL is a federation of four multi-national producers of steel for packaging: ArcelorMittal, Tata Steel Packaging, Rasselstein-ThyssenKrupp and U.S. Steel Kosiçe. The four companies combined employ more than 200,000 people in Europe.
Frauman, who previously worked mainly in the humanitarian and development area, has experience with waste and environmental project management with major organizations, including the European Commission.
