Andritz MeWa to exhibit at IFAT

Company will be in Hall C2 at Booth 550.

Gechingen, Germany-based Andritz MeWa, part of the international technology group Andritz, headquartered in Austria, will participate in IFAT 2016, 30 May to 3 June in Munich, exhibiting at Booth 550 in Hall C2.

The company says it will exhibit all of its key machines, including the Universal Cross-Flow Shredder QZ, Rotary Shear UC, Granulator UG, Cutting Mill USM and the Bio-QZ. Andritz says these machines were completely reworked over the last two years.

The focus of these efforts primarily involved improving maintenance friendliness, various wear protection measures, better sealing, greater energy efficiency and higher throughput, Andritz says.

During IFAT, Andritz MeWa also will present its newly structured service sector, with many offers for spare and wear parts. Now customers can source everything they need from Andritz MeWa, from technologies and machines to aftersales service, the company says.

Andritz MeWa is a part of the Andritz Group and has been developing and building shredding and crushing machines, as well as turnkey recycling plants for many different applications, for more than 30 years. The company’s main focuses are processing electrical and electronic scrap, refrigerators, metal composite materials, domestic and industrial waste, old tyres and oil filters, but its equipment also is suitable for organic waste for biogas plants.
