ISS subsidiary AmeriMex lands large power solution order

Industrial Service Solutions’ (ISS’) subsidiary AmeriMex Motor & Controls has announced the sale of 60 Power Cubes to U.S. Wells Services. All three companies are based in Houston.  

ISS says each patented Power Cube contains two 3,000-horsepower electric motors, two variable frequency drives, a power transformer and other components that combine to create a self-contained power center.

Just as in the U.S. Wells application, that reliability demand correlates perfectly with the needs of our customers in the automobile shredding industry.” 

ISS designs, engineers and manufactures motors and drives in-house at its Houston plant. The company also rebuilds AC and DC motors and drives.
