American Contex Corp. announced the sale of four Schorch Car Shredder Systems to Hugu Neu Schnitzer USA. The shredding systems have 9,000 horspepower with a 450 RPM.
The specialized wound rotor motors, with starters and switch gear, will drive the company’s mega shredders.
American Context Corp., headquartered in New York, has sold more than 200 Schorch special car shredder motors throughout the world.
