The Aluminum Association, Arlington, Virginia, has added two new member compnaies: Black4 and Danieli Corp. The addition of the two associate members brings the Aluminum Association’s total membership to 96 companies, consisting of 48 producer members and 48 associate members.
Black4 offers carbon and graphite products to the aluminum industry globally. The company’s products have applications in continuous and die-casting, melting and heat treatment processes, among other uses. Black4 is the worldwide commercial representative for Slovakian firm TopGrafit.
Danieli Corp., based in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania, is the North American subsidiary of Danieli & C SpA of Buttrio, Italy. The company supplies systems for raw materials handling, recycling, melt shops, continuous casters, rolling mills, process and finishing lines, extrusion and forging plants.
