Allshred Services, an independent provider of secure shredding services based in Maumee, Ohio, has announced its acquisition of Mid Ohio Shredding, based in Westerville, Ohio. The acquisition became effective November 1, 2011. Mid Ohio Shredding has provided both onsite and offsite shredding services for the past 7 years.
Willie Geiser, president and CEO of Allshred Services, says, “With the acquisition of Mid Ohio Shredding, it further increases our market share in the Columbus area which has always been a priority for us in our home state of Ohio.”
