Aleris International, Inc. announced the completion of its purchase of Wabash Alloys, a producer of aluminum casting alloys and molten metal, from Connell Ltd. Partnership.
Steve Demetriou, Aleris’ chairman and CEO stated, "The combination of Wabash Alloys and our specification alloy business unit will create an organization well positioned to serve the needs of a broad customer base with enhanced processing capabilities."
