Aleris International, Inc., based in Cleveland, is a manufacturer of rolled aluminum products and is a global leader in aluminum recycling and the production of specification alloys.
Alumitech, also headquartered in Cleveland, is an aluminum recycling operation.
Aleris announced plans to acquire the facility Dec. 6.
