Denver company acknowledged for supplying Alcoa.

Atlas Metal & Iron Corp., Denver, has announced that it was named as one the top 10 scrap aluminum suppliers by Alcoa Materials Management, Knoxville, Tenn.

 

Alcoa ranks its top 10 aluminum scrap suppliers based on criteria such as pricing, quality and the ability to coordinate with the aluminum producer's requirements.

 

Atlas Metal & Iron Corp. is an industrial scrap metal processing and recycling facility employing more than 100 people. The company serves the Rocky Mountain region’s industrial, commercial and retail base. Don Rosen and Ben Rosen founded the company in 1956. Today, Atlas operates two divisions: Atlas Metal & Iron Corp. (scrap processing and wire granulation) and Atlas Metal Sales (nonferrous metal service center).
