The equipment company Akros Henschel, based in Kassel, Germany, announced that it has recently completed the sale of four baling presses to companies in Europe and Asia. According to Akros, the sales have come through its office in China, as well as distributors in Belgium and Poland.
In the first announced sale, Wisco, a Wuhan, China steel company, has ordered a new Akros Heschel press type PTC 2175 H. The baling press, now being commissioned at the company’s Kassel plant, will allow the company to produce bales weighing more than one metric ton.
The stainless steel company Cronimet has ordered two presses that are fitted with a lid, type PCV 2560 that will allow the company to produce large-sized bales. The baling presses will be located at Cronimet’s operations in Germany and Poland.
The fourth sale is to the French scrap metal company Galloo Group. The company is replacing its former press at their Belgium location with an Akros Henschel baling press, type PTC 2060 CV.
