Ageus Solutions has announced its launch of a complete, end-to-end green services plan. Ageus, headquartered in Otowa, provides full-service logistical, operational and engineering solutions for addressing
green compliance issues.
By drawing upon years of experience in the electronics industry and by
leveraging its strategic partnerships, Ageus Solutions says it will help
original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and their contract manufacturers (CMs) rapidly and cost-effectively comply with RoHS and WEEE regulations.

Solutions determines compliance and qualification specifications,
gathers the necessary supplier information and conducts a compliance
analysis of each component in a customer's bill of material. Combined
with a state-of-the-art compliance database, the customer has
transparent visibility of the bill of material assessment process and
related operational metrics.
- Qualification and Verification -- Ageus Solutions provides a wide
range of expertise and services related to qualification,
verification and reliability testing of components and products.
- Substitution and design services -- Ageus Solutions' partnership with
Gain Microwave enables Ageus to provide a range of design services.
Leveraging this key partnership, Ageus is able to re-design existing
products utilizing EUED compliant components or to design new versions
of a product or specific component.
Along with developing and delivering a strategic plan for meeting
required green standards, Ageus - in partnership with its clients - employs parts database to streamline the compliance process. The database centralizes compliance information providing the customer with a range of operational metrics and with a transparent view at all stages of the process.
