The American Forest & Paper Association is seeking entries for its annual Recycling Awards. Deadline to enter the contest is Feb. 17, 2006. Winners will be announced during the annual Paper Week program in New York City April 12.
There are a host of award categories, ranging from individual, company, and community level. The categories are the following: Large business (more than 150 employees); Small business (fewer than 150 employees); Community (city or county) of more than 100,000 residents; Community of fewer than 100,000 residents; Classroom recycling program; and School-wide recycling program.
The AFPA also will be awarding its Ed Hurley Memorial Paper Recycling Award.
