Advanced Environmental Recycling Technologies Inc. announced that unaudited gross sales for the quarter were in excess of $13.5 million, an 18 percent increase over gross sales of $11.4 million in the same period last year.
AERT converts reclaimed plastic and wood fiber waste into Weyerhaeuser ChoiceDek(R) outdoor decking systems, MoistureShield(R) door and window components, and MoistureShield(R) CornerLoc(tm) exterior trim and fascia components.
AERT operates four manufacturing facilities in Springdale, Ark., Lowell, Ark., Junction, Texas, and Alexandria, La.
