Advanced Environmental Recycling Technologies Inc. (AERT), Springdale, Ark., has announced that unaudited gross sales for October 2004 were $5.2 million, up 73% from the $3.0 million gross sales for October 2003.
AERT converts reclaimed plastic and wood fiber waste into Weyerhaeuser ChoiceDek outdoor decking systems, MoistureShield door and window components, and MoistureShield CornerLoc exterior trim and fascia components. The company operates five manufacturing facilities in Springdale, Ark.; Lowell, Ark.; Tontitown, Ark.; Junction, Texas; and Alexandria, La. ChoiceDek Premium decking is marketed exclusively through Lowe's Home Improvement Warehouses throughout the United States.
