Advanced Environmental Recycling Technologies Inc. announced that unaudited net sales for the quarter were $10.3 million, up $2 million from the $8.3 million in sales for the same quarter last year.
Net income for the quarter increased to $413,391, compared to $69,766 for the same period a year ago. Positive cash flow available for debt service increased to $1.5 million for the quarter, up from $1.1 million for the same period a year ago.
Net unaudited sales for the six months increased to $19.6 million, up $3.4 million over the $16.2 million reported for the six months ended June 30, 2001. Net income for the period increased to $621,834, up from $38,614.
