Advanced Disposal, an integrated environmental services company headquartered in Ponte Vedra, Fla., has announced the closing of the divesture of certain assets in New York and New Jersey to The Action Environmental Group.
The specific assets divested include collection operations in Chester and Sloatsburg, N.Y.; collection operations in Jersey City and Paterson, N.J.; transfer station operations in Chestnut Ridge, Goshen, Hilburn, Newburgh, New Hampton and Port Jervis, N.Y.; transfer station operations in Jersey City and Garfield, N.J.; and a recycling facility in Airmont, N.Y.
Action Environmental Group is a regional provider of solid waste services in New York and New Jersey. The company provides solid waste and recycling collection and processing services throughout the New York and New Jersey region.
