Ponte Vedra, Florida-based Advanced Disposal says it has completed the acquisition of “certain assets” of both AC Sanitation Inc. , based in Canton, Georgia, and Webb Waste Inc. of Macon, Georgia.
The AC Sanitation acquisition includes commercial and residential customers in Cherokee County, Georgia, which is on the northern edge of the Atlanta metropolitan area.
“We are always looking for opportunities to expand our footprint and increase route densities, especially in the North Atlanta market,” says Charlie Gray, Advanced Disposal’s region vice president. “We welcome AC Sanitation customers to the Advanced Disposal family and look forward to providing exceptional solid waste services to their home or business.”
The Webb Waste acquisition includes front-end loading and rolloff commercial customers in Bibb County, Georgia. “This acquisition complements our existing base of business in the greater Macon market,” says Gray.
Advanced Disposal bills itself as the fifth largest solid waste company in the U.S., providing integrated, non-hazardous solid waste collection, recycling and disposal services to residential, commercial, industrial and construction customers in 18 states and the Bahamas.
