Adsero Acquiring Ink Cartridge Remanufacturer

Adsero Corp. has entered into a letter of intent to acquire all the shares of Teckn-O-Laser Global Inc., a North American leader in the cartridge remanufacturing industry, with facilities in Montreal, Toronto, Quebec City and Memphis, TN.

Teckn-O-Laser produces replacement toner and inkjet printer cartridges.
